Returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of the products we make we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment for issues. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if you fail to contact us within 7 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@zingariman.com.
