Was not confident after the first spray, initially came across as a papery/powdery rose that made me think of my grandma (love you Nana), but not something I necessarily wanted on my skin. I'm not a guy who needs traditionally masculine scents, but this wasn't doing it for me. However, the next day I tried it again because I love the scent of the matching shave soap and it still came across strong when initially applied, but as it developed and mellowed those initial impressions gave way to a wonderful complex, earthy rose with mature woody and spice undertones. Sticks around forever, can still smell it on my skin 24hrs later. Still working through the sample but quickly becoming one of my default go-to scents.

I eagerly awaited for this fragrance to be back in stock after reading the reviews. I purchased a bottle of perfume. I wasn’t expecting such a floral rose scent. I love the smell however it’s to feminine for me. I actually gave it to my wife, who loves it, to use. I enjoy her wearing it. If your looking for a great scent and like florals, this one is for you. I gave it 4 stars because it’s a great product. It’s just not for me.
