Hydration Potion: What it is & Why You Need it

Sometimes, what you need may not be a moisturizing, oil-based concoction. But, your skin still deserves love & care. Our hydration potion offers just that.

What is our Hydration Potion?

The Hydration Potion is an oil-free counterpart to our Rescue Potion. It is lightweight, fast-absorbing, and a true treat for your skin.

It offers superb hydration upfront while oil-free water-loss prevention and long-lasting hydration boosting make sure your skin reaps the benefits hours and even days after application.

Ingredients & Their Benefits

• Snow Mushroom extract is a plant derived polysaccharide shown to help bind water to the skin surface. It is 400x more hydrating than hyaluronic acid. This ingredient s the star of the show!
• Ceramide Liposome contains ceramide 3 and milk lipids. It improves barrier function and skin hydration. It also helps reduce TEWL (transepidermal water loss).
• Hyaluronic acid helps immensely with hydration as it holds up to 1000x its weight in water. We use 2 molecular weights for a total of 2% HMW (high molecular weight) is a larger particle that sits more on the surface and helps with fine lines as well. LMW (low molecular weight) is a smaller particle that is absorbed in lower levels of the skin for longer lasting hydration.
• Bamboo ferment adds silkiness and hydration by moving water from the high concentration areas to lower concentration areas. 30 day studies show a 10% moisture improvement over aloe (which is way overused in our opinion).
• Niacinamide is a water-soluble vitamin B3 which improves the appearance of enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, and brightens dull skin.
• Chamomile helps soothe skin by increasing cellular turnover.
• N-Acetyl glucosamine (NAG) is found in the skin naturally. It improves moisture, elasticity, increases cell turnover improving wound healing, reduces irritation, and reduces hyperpigmentation.

How to Use it

Apply hydration potion after cleansing your skin. Smooth 1-2 pumps over your face & neck areas. It can be mixed with our Rescue Potion or used as a daily moisturizer.

Our hydration potion comes in a 2 fluid ounce bottle, which equals about 6 months worth of product.
