There are a LOT a good artisan balms. This one, though, is the best one. It's luxurious - absorbs in a few seconds yet is very protective and moisturizing. Due to the tallow? I don't know, but this is fantastic. 1 pump and a few drops of water covers my beard area. Just great stuff.
