I’ve been wet shaving for many years, but just got around to trying Zingari Man. I chose The Merchant as my first scent to try based on the scent notes. Man am I glad I did! First, the soap base is awesome. Instantly in my top 3. The lather was nice and slick, even with my super hard water. This stuff helped me get an irritation free shave in 2 passes. As for the scent, man am I glad that I bought the complete bundle. I loved everything about the shave and the scent and will definitely be buying more from Zingari Man!

I have been wet shaving for many years, and this was my first Zingari purchase. I chose this scent based on the notes, and blind bought the entire bundle. I am a fragrance collector as well, so thought I would like having the EDP along with the soap and AS splash/balm. Anyway, man am I glad I tried this brand. I first used it today, and it immediately moved to the top 3 in terms of soap base. And as for the scent, I cannot stop taking whiffs of myself. I am so glad I went with the bundle, because I have the feeling that EDP is going to get a lot of use. And I have a LOT of bottles of perfume, so that’s really saying something. Bravo, Zingari Man! You have a new customer.

The performance of the Sego soap base is among the best out there. I have others that perform as well but none better, in my opinion. It's not overly thirsty so it builds a rich lather fairly quickly. Slickness, including residual, is excellent, producing a close, comfortable shave. What more could one want from a shave soap? A great scent, that's what. I shaved with this soap for the first time today (my first time with any Zingari Man soap, actually), and immediately fell in love with The Merchant scent. It's sweet and spicy simultaneously, one of the most unique fragrances I've come across. I enjoy it so much, I've ordered the bath soap, recovery splash, and parfum after just one shave. Scent is a highly subjective and personal thing, but I'd highly recommend at least giving it a try.
