- Snow Mushroom extract is a plant derived polysaccharide shown to help bind water to the skin surface. 400x more hydrating than hyaluronic acid. This is the star of the show!
- Ceramide Liposome contains ceramide 3 and milk lipids. Improves barrier function and skin hydration. Helps reduce TEWL (transepidermal water loss)
- Hyaluronic acid helps immensely with hydration as it holds up to 1000x its weight in water. We use 2 molecular weights for a total of 2% HMW (high molecular weight) is a larger particle that sits more on the surface and helps with fine lines as well. LMW (low molecular weight) is a smaller particle that is absorbs in lower levels of the skin for longer lasting hydration.
